Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Simple Influence to answer common privacy and data questions about the app. We collect the minimum data needed to help creators manage brand partnerships.

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, and authentication identifiers.
• Workspace data you enter: deals, brand contacts, deliverables, payments, notes.
• Email content you paste or import via Gmail connection (when you connect it).
• Basic product analytics (page views, errors) to keep the app working.

How we use it

• To operate the product — show your deals, send reminders, draft replies.
• To run AI features you trigger (deal review, follow-up drafts, inbox parsing).
• To improve reliability and fix bugs.

Who processes it

• Lovable Cloud — application backend, database, authentication, storage.
• Lovable AI Gateway — AI inference for features you trigger.
• Google — only when you connect Gmail; we request the minimum scopes needed.

Your controls

• Disconnect Gmail anytime in Settings → Account & data.
• Delete all your workspace data anytime in Settings → Account & data.
• Delete your account entirely from the same screen — this is irreversible.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete data or your account, we remove it from our primary systems immediately. Backups roll off within 30 days.
