Terms of Service

By using Simple Influence ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is in private beta and provided as-is while we improve it.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Your content

You own the deals, contacts, messages, and other content you add. You grant Simple Influence the rights needed to host, display, and process that content to provide the Service to you.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to send spam, harass, or violate anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the system, or disrupt it.
• Do not upload illegal content.

AI features

AI-generated drafts, summaries, and recommendations are suggestions only. Review everything before sending or acting on it.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Influence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
